SLO Pressed is a SLOCAL family run business. Briana Medvecki and Emileo Padilla Chavez both played Division 1 sports at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and graduated with their degrees in City and Regional Planning.

Briana bought her first juicer in November of 2024 while trying to find a solution to years of dealing with painful acne. After seeing real results and wanting to share the approach of healing from the inside out through raw cold-pressed juice, Briana and Emileo invested in a Goodnature Cold-pressed juicer and started the journey of launching SLO Pressed in July of 2025.

The goal was to create a product that spoke for itself (through vibrant and unique recipes), while building a brand that influenced the community to connect over movement and self care.

Briana has always loved marketing and event activations, while Emileo has a talent for photography. Together, they look forward to providing their carefully curated line of cold-pressed juices to SLO County, while delivering an equally exciting range of pop up events and local collaborations!
